Refund policy

Effective Date: December 9, 2025

At PrintZone LLC, we’re proud to serve Houston, Sugar Land, and customers across the USA with high-quality custom printing services in Houston, Texas. Because every item is made-to-order, the moment you approve it, we have a clear and fair return policy.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for free only before approving the digital proof. As soon as you click “Approve Proof”, production starts immediately and the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2. Reporting Defects

You have 14 days from the delivery date to report any manufacturing defects. Please send clear photos and your order number to info@printzoneusa.com. Claims after 14 days unfortunately cannot be processed.

3. We Will Gladly Reprint or Refund (100% Free)

  • Printing errors caused by us
  • Wrong item, quantity, or material
  • Major differences from your approved proof

4. No Refund or Return For

  • Change of mind
  • Spelling/design mistakes in customer files or approved proof
  • Normal color differences between screen and print
  • Damage or loss during shipping (unless you added route insurance)

By approving the proof, you confirm that all text, spelling, colors, and layout are correct and accept responsibility for the final product.

5. Shipping & Insurance

We pack everything carefully, but once the package leaves our store, risk passes to the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). We highly recommend adding route protection/shipping insurance at checkout — it only costs a few dollars but can save a lot of headache.

6. Local Pickup Customers

Free pickup is available at our store in Sugar Land, Texas. Please inspect your order before leaving — once you take it, the sale is final.

7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Reprints usually ship even faster.
