Welcome to PrintZone LLC, a custom printing company located in Sugar Land/Houston, Texas. These Terms & Conditions apply to all custom printing services in Houston, Texas and across the United States.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices in USD. Texas sales tax added where applicable.
  • Full payment required before production starts.
  • We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay via Shopify Payments.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Proofs & Customer Responsibility

  • Digital proof option available at checkout.
  • If you choose proof → production starts only after your approval.
  • If you skip proof → you accept full responsibility for spelling, colors, design, resolution, etc.
  • By approving a proof (or skipping it), you confirm everything is correct.

3. Production & Turnaround Times

  • Turnaround times are estimates, not guaranteed.
  • Production starts after payment + proof approval (if selected).
  • Rush orders only by phone with extra fee.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when handed to carrier.
  • We highly recommend adding route protection/insurance at checkout.
  • Free local pickup available in Houston, Texas (must schedule and bring ID).

5. Cancellations, Defects & Returns

  • Cancellation free only before proof approval or production start.
  • You have 14 days from delivery to report manufacturing defects (with photos).
  • If we made the mistake → free reprint or full refund (our choice).
  • No returns/refunds for approved proofs, skipped proofs, color variations, or change of mind.
  • Return shipping for defects paid by us after claim approval.

6. Artwork & File Requirements

  • You guarantee you have rights to print all submitted content.
  • We may refuse illegal, copyrighted, offensive, or harmful designs.
  • Recommended: 300 DPI, CMYK, proper bleeds.
  • We’ll try to fix minor file issues free of charge.

7. Color Accuracy

Minor color shifts between screen and print are normal and not considered defects.


8. Intellectual Property & Marketing Use

We reserve the right to show photos of completed jobs in our portfolio/social media (without revealing customer identity or sensitive info) unless you opt out by emailing us.


9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability = the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Harris County, Texas courts (or small claims court).


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance.
